Auction Rap Up!

On November 15th the “All for Animals Charity Auction” was held at the Petawawa Civic Centre in Petawawa. Artists, crafters, local businesses and many “friends of the animals” donated items to be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch. The “All for Animals Charity Auction” was a huge success! Together we exceeded last years total and raised $6400 for the shelter animals! Thank you so much to all our sponsors, supporters, donors, and volunteers for making this event a success! The money raised will help the shelter continue its lifesaving work in the community! The Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch helped to give over 1500 animals a second chance in 2007 and thanks to the tremendous support of the community through events like the “All for Animals Charity Auction” we will be able continue to help over a hundred animals each and every month! Now that the auction has rapped up, we are turning our attention to our “Home for the Holidays” campaign. The Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch has set a goal of finding forever homes for all the shelter animals by Christmas! Nobody should spend the holidays alone including the animals need of a second chance at the shelter! To help this campaign succeed please consider adopting, volunteering or donating. Every little bit helps and even the smallest gesture of kindness can mean the world to an animal in need. Thank you once again to all our dedicated supporters and volunteers for continuing to pour into your local animal shelter! Together we are saving lives!
