It's raining cats and kittens!

We are halfway through June Adopt-a-cat month and the shelter is brimming with cuddly cats and kittens waiting for their furr-ever homes!
We have had some wonderful adoptions recently, our buddy-cats Gizmo and Rogue were adopted out to the same family, allowing them to continue their friendship! The beautiful, long-haired Cinderella was also brought home by a new family.
We also had some adorable black and white spotted rabbits come in to the shelter, a mum (Cornelia) and her three youngsters (Bea, Bop and Bubblegum). Cornelia and Bubblegum were adopted almost as soon as they came in, but Bea and Bop are still looking for homes.
One of our long-term stays, Tickles the lop-eared rabbit was adopted earlier this week, and the office seems alot quieter without the periodic rabbit foot thumping!
As some of you may remember from last year, we are going to be having our huge Yard Sale coming up this September are we are looking for items that can be sold!
Any items that you have (excluding clothing or electronic equipment) can be brought to the shelter during our hours of operation.
It's the last great Yard Sale of the season, and it's always a great time and a huge fundraiser for the shelter! So come on out and see what treasures you might find and help out the animals at the shelter!
